SO WHO IS LYING? TOKE MAKINWA OR KUNBI OYELESE THE DESIGNER?

Everyone was totally blown over when we all heard that Maje had finally made a wife of his longtime on/off girlfriend/fiancee. It was with great relief that everyone received the news, majorly because it would finally put an end to all the shenanigan that had followed this relationship from the beginning. 


The elated new wife in utter joy, had gone on the social media to talk about how things totally took her by surprise- Hear her- 

''We would have loved to have all our loved ones there with us, but this was our registry and so much had happened between Maje and I in the last 3 months. Plus, It was such a big surprise , I had no clue. I hate surprises but I must say, this one knocked me out of my elements because I usually suspect something is happening. Hehehehe! I am not fully over it yet!''

That was what she said about the whole do, and people were completely gobsmacked!!! One had wondered then about how come she had been able to get the perfect outfit for her day of joy, when she supposedly didn't know nothing was going to happen till the d-day. 

Her designer, the very gorgeous Kunbi Oyelese of the April by Kunbi fame, who made the gorgeous gold wedding registry outfit, might have let the real truth out of the bag by mistake. 

Hear what she had to say about the dress in a recent interview on Moments with Mo, which aired on EbonyLife TV on Monday, February 3, 2014. Saying to the show's hosts- Dolapo & Bolanle. 

''I worked under pressure to get it done....Toke called me up and said ''I'm getting married'' and when I asked when? She said ''in 3 days'' ...and I am like seriously.....so I had to work towards a short deadline ....but it was all good''. 

Though it the lie is inconsequential, why the need for the fib in the first place? Oooo Ok just a little one to add drama to the script, situation or what? 

Anyways it Toke & Maje so no great surprise anyway.

    bottomline is that she is married to the Majic abi maje whatever he calls himself....let hope she knows what she doing and wish her all the best in their marriage.

    Well, Kunbi would not lie about the dress she designed, so Madam Toke's surprise was a 3day surprise....Aunty Toke, the vlogs paid off, he has married u now, thank God oh

    A designer never forgets the hard work that comes with making a dress that has a deadline. I think Mrs Toke slightly forgot to tell us all about the actual details of the surprise out of excitement.
