Indetifying Hardwork In Mindless Behavoiur

Recently I find myself saying stuff like, you should be asked if you want to be an adult or remain a child. sounds funny and silly but then you have all this hardwork and sleepless night just to get to a point in life, No matter how smart you are or how much life experience you have, every now and then you will exhibit some mindless behaviour. This simply means that sometimes you are not thinking as strongly with your mind. You may be letting your heart, other people or some other source of power to take control of your decisions at a given time.

In many cases, this will happen in relationships but it can happen with anything in life. Finances, career choices and just everyday life decisions. This is one reason why I stress the importance of spending time by yourself. Not only will you get to know who you are without any outside influences, it also helps you to make the best decisions for yourself because you are seeking nobody else's advice other than your own.

If you're still unsure what I mean, I think it's important to understand how your mind and emotions work. Simply because you are focused on achieving one thing, you can sometimes fail to see the bigger picture, which allows you to experience some mindless behaviour. Just think about all the people who spend thousands of dollars on a "psychic" because they so badly desire to be rich or find love. Sitting at home watching these people, you'd think they were stupid but if you are in a desperate situation like they are and allow your mind to be controlled by these people, you'd be in that same position as well.

I've come to realize that it will take a lot of work to get to a point where you almost never find yourself in some mindless behaviour but being able to minimize these instances is ideal. So what can you do? Do some serious research on the mind and learn how our emotions get in the way of our logic. I also suggest not making quick decisions that will be detrimental if the outcome is bad. This will give yourself time to step away from a situation and really think about what you're doing. And if you know you have people in your life that you can trust, seek their advice but use your mind before making that decision as well.
