Prevent Wardrobe Malfunctions From Destroying Your Confidence

So you've spent a little over an hour getting ready for a night out with the girls and you just can't get over how good you look. Your dress accentuates your curves perfectly, your makeup emphasizes your best features and those shoes are to die for. Everything you've been stressing over is out the window because tonight, it's all about you.

Most of your friends recognize your flawless look, while some of them try to find something wrong but either way, they've validated what you already know. When you step in the club, all the men are buying you drinks and you can't help but take advantage of their courtesy.

But you start to have a little too much fun, one of the guys gets frisky on the dance floor and something embarrassing happens. Maybe he pulled your dress up a little too high and your "woohoo" starts to show, he spilled his drink on your suede shoes or maybe something got caught on his belt and caused your dress to unravel. Whatever the case, your "turn up" night just completely shut off.

No matter how much time we invest into looking gorgeous and owning our looks, it just takes one moment to take our confidence level from concededly high to a shyness low. Some of the worst wardrobe malfunctions are horrifically embarrassing and some women feel scarred for life if their body parts have been exposed.

The more subtle disasters just annoy us. We may be the only ones who are aware of the issue or it's not big enough for anyone to care. These are just as bad because we lose our confidence in a different way. We can't enjoy whatever we're doing because we're focused on consistently pulling down our skirt or refraining from lifting our arms because we'resweating with embarrassment.

So you can either enjoy life and laugh at your embarrassing moments or you can carry your emergency style kit to recover from such embarrassment. A few things you should carry are double-sided tape, safety pins and baby wipes. If you're worried about something slipping, the double-sided tape will fix that. Safety pins are great for rips and baby wipes will get rid of those new stains.

Wardrobe malfunctions can destroy your confidence but it's all about your recovery. We can't completely avoid them but we can prepare for them and find a way to turn them into a style transformation.
