The celebrity super-couple and their six-strong brood are reportedly relocating while Pitt shoots his latest film with close pal George Clooney. While the up-coming movie is shrouded in secrecy, this is not the first time Pitt and Clooney have collaborated – remember the Ocean’s trilogy? The two even started a Darfur charity together.
According to Beeld newspaper, the couple – who fell for each other while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005 – will reportedly pay R85 000 a month in rental for a luxurious Sandton mansion. Multiply that sum by eight and you get a whopping R680 000, but that’s small change for the A-list couple.
Pitt and Jolie are known for their love for Africa, having adopted Zahara from an orphanage in Addis Ababa, and their biological daughter, Shiloh, was born in Swakopmund and holds a Namibian citizenship.
Jolie has also received widespread recognition for her humanitarian work as a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador across Africa.
Could this move bring a South-African born addition to the brood? Or perhaps a Kruger-set wedding? Only time will tell, and we will be watching.
